Organic Dairy Products
The average American consumes over 600 pounds of non- organic dairy
products a year, making them the single largest component in their diet.

Not All Dairy Products Are Alike

Processed cow's milk alone contains chemicals, growth hormones, allergenic proteins, blood, pus, antibiotics, bacteria and viruses. Are we ill yet? Did you know that humans are the only animals that don't ween their young off milk?

While it's true that organic dairy products such as cow's milk are healthier in many ways than processed milk, cow's milk in general is bad for the human body. We're not designed to digest it. Nature designed milk to bring a baby's body weight up rapidly, early on. This is to equip the infant with the proper resistances to disease.

What's Good For Production

Dairy farmers typically treat their herds with antibiotics, which sets off a chain reaction of sorts in the human body. When the milk is consumed by humans, the antibiotics kill off the good bacteria in your intestines. Leaving you susceptible to a range of possibly life-long health problems.

Several serious health problems arise when milk is continued into childhood, youth and adulthood. Problems such as high levels of mucus in our noses and bowels, and allergic reactions.

Milk has also been implicated in:

  • Heart disease
  • Cancer - particularly breast cancer
  • Diabetes
  • Allergies and colds
  • Collitis
  • Colic and earaches in children

Then There's Those Pesticides

Pesticides are far more concentrated in the non- organic dairy products we consume. Cows (and beef cattle, chickens, and pigs) are the primary conveyors of pesticides to humans.

Consider a few facts:

  • A cow eats hundreds of pounds of clover to make a few gallons of milk - concentrating the pesticides in each gallon of milk
  • It takes 21 pounds of milk to make a pound of butter - concentrating even more pesticides in the butter
  • 10 pounds of milk go into 1 pound of cheese - more concentrated pesticides
Even more disturbing is the fact that non-organic dairy products (and flesh-food products) have much greater concentrations of pesticides that even non- organic fruits and vegetables!

It's time to rethink your need for milk... and certain flesh-foods. Careful investigation will produce a wealth of knowledge and an increased awareness of your individual health and that of your family.
